With our Premium Pre-Scheduled Rideshare, you can now enjoy the utmost convenience and peace of mind by reserving your rides in advance. Whether you have an important meeting to attend, a flight to catch, or simply want to plan your daily commute hassle-free, our service ensures you'll never be left waiting. Just specify the date, time, and pickup location, pay a surcharge and your assigned, reliable and professional driver will be there, ready to whisk you away safely to your destination. Say goodbye to last-minute arrangements and hello to a seamless transportation experience tailored to your schedule. This service does require a minimum of 24hr advanced notice and prepayment using a major credit or debit card. This allows us to reserve a driver from active status to inactive to be available for your transportation needs. Once you have booked your ride request, you will receive an email that we are searching for a driver. Once a driver has been confirmed, you will receive a final confirmation email that we have found a driver for you. If you find yourself in need of transportation on short notice, no need to worry! We've got you covered. Give our mobile app a try for on-demand bookings or reach out to our friendly customer support team at 800-318-4526 ext. 2, and we'll do our best to meet your needs. If we are unable to secure a driver, you will receive a refund for the surcharge payment. If you are 10 minutes late, are a no-show, or have a delayed flight for an airport pick up, the surcharge is non-refundable. If for any reason you need to cancel your ride request, we will enforce a window of one hour prior to in order to receive a refund for your surcharge. We look forward to serving you.
