Just Her Rideshare is operate exclusively as a pre-scheduled, pre-booked rideshare service, designed for safety, reliability, and planning ahead. Our platform uses three key technological advancements—GPS navigation, smartphones, and secure app-based scheduling—to ensure a smooth experience. Riders simply pre-book their ride in the Just Her app, selecting the date, time, and pickup details in advance. The system then connects them with a qualified driver who accepts the scheduled trip.
This model does not do on-demand matching and allows both riders and drivers to prepare for each ride, creating a safe, predictable, and community-focused transportation experience.

Ride pricing is based on the vehicle type you select and the distance traveled from your pickup location to your destination. All fares are calculated within the Just Her app to ensure accuracy and transparency.
All rides must be pre-scheduled through the Just Her mobile app or our website’s Web Booker. Reservations must be made at least 6 hours in advance, as we do not offer on-demand services. This ensures drivers have ample time to prepare and provides a safe, reliable experience for every rider.
Yes. Pre-scheduled rides include a surcharge that ensures convenience and guarantees your assigned driver. By selecting your date, time, and pickup location in advance and confirming your reservation, you secure a reliable driver who will be ready to transport you without delays. This added fee supports priority scheduling and a seamless, stress-free experience—perfect for important meetings, flights, or consistent daily commutes.
Because all rides with Just Her Rideshare are pre-scheduled, your driver will arrive at the exact time you select. While the app displays a 30-minute window, your confirmed pickup time is the driver’s scheduled arrival time.
Please note that unexpected factors—such as traffic, emergencies, or mechanical issues—may occasionally cause minor delays. However, we work diligently to ensure punctuality and keep you informed of any changes.
Yes, Just Her Rideshare is pet-friendly. However, due to potential allergies or medical sensitivities, allowing pets is at the driver’s discretion. We recommend noting your pet in the ride request so your assigned driver can confirm accommodation.
Your driver and experience can be rated in the mobile app using a star system. We value your feedback, so we encourage you to let us know so that we can better serve you.
Your safety is our top priority. If at any time you feel unsafe, call 911 immediately. If the driver is driving recklessly or behaving in a threatening manner, calmly ask to be let out at a safe, public location, exit the vehicle, and contact emergency services. Once you are safe, please report the incident to our Customer Support team at 704-270-9994 so we can take appropriate action.

A cleaning fee is applied when a rider causes damage or leaves the driver’s vehicle in a condition that requires special cleaning. This includes food spills, liquids, bodily fluids, excessive dirt, or other messes. Cleaning fees range from $20 to $100, depending on the severity of the damage and the cleaning required.
A cancellation fee is applied if you cancel more than 5 minutes after booking your ride. After this window, your driver is already en route and has committed time and travel to your scheduled pickup. The fee helps compensate the driver for their time and ensures fairness within our scheduling system.

You may delete your account at any time by navigating to Account Settings/Profile in the Just Her app and selecting the option to delete your account.
Our policy is to review requests for full or partial refunds and notify the party of our decision.
A. Time frame to Request. Requests for a Full or Partial should be made
immediately or no later than within 15 days of the date of ride.
B. Eligible Refund Request.
Incomplete Trip. The driver could not complete the trip and the rider was not within a reasonable distance to walk to the requested destination.
Fraud Concerns. Credit or Debit card charged without authorization.
Error. Trip was higher than the amount shown in the app without change of destination or added stops.
Promo not Added. Eligible promo was not correctly applied.
Fare or Fee Charges. in error due to technical difficulties.
C. Ineligible for Refund
1. Uncontrollable Delays through no fault of the driver.
2. Road Closures.
3. Traffic delays.
4. Weather related issues.
5. Festivals and events.
